For over 40 years, Listen To Your Body has offered an integrative and compassionate approach to personal development, centered on the awareness of the five wounds of the soul. This unique method aims to support individuals on their path toward overall well-being by harmonizing the physical, emotional, and mental dimensions. Through its certification programs and workshops, the school fosters deep personal growth, encouraging inner healing, self-confidence, and fulfillment.
Tonik Web Studio was commissioned to simplify and modernize the Listen To Your Body website. The main objective was to reduce the number of pages to improve navigation, while aligning the two existing platforms — the main website and the workshop purchase platform — to ensure a seamless user experience. Special attention was given to the Be in Harmony Workshop.
The redesign resulted in a streamlined structure, with all key sections accessible directly from the homepage for faster access to information without overload. The clean design, reduced text, and engaging visuals provide visitors with a more enjoyable and intuitive browsing experience.

The design draws inspiration from the Listen To Your Body logo, incorporating sky blue and orange to maintain strong visual consistency with the brand. A light gray background was chosen to create a calm and soothing atmosphere, offering a gentle contrast to the logo’s vibrant tones. This color palette perfectly reflects the school’s philosophy of well-being and serenity.
