BRAS Outaouais is a non-profit community organization in Gatineau specializing in HIV prevention and intervention, as well as safe consumption. Since 1990, its mission has been to develop and promote community actions aimed at improving the quality of life of the Outaouais population in relation to AIDS/HIV. BRAS Outaouais is the Outaouais reference for sexual health, screening and prevention.
BRAS Outaouais had an extremely outdated website that no longer reflected their image, and in which finding the right information was difficult. The goal was to create a website that was welcoming, inclusive and inspires confidence.
We have created a website that makes you feel safe right away, and where it’s easy to access the relevant information. The three main axes of the organization are well obvious: sexual health, different services offered and harm reduction. The BRAS Outaouais offers a multitude of services and projects which are all well described.

BRAS Outaouais wanted to bring itself up to date by no longer sticking to red, which is the official color associated with HIV/AIDS. The organization wanted to use more inviting, up-to-date colors. In collaboration with the client, we chose orange and mauve in warmer hues that encourage inclusivity. The result is a reassuring, warm and inclusive website.
