Pascal Landry

Since 2013, Pascal Landry-Bourque has been working as a residential and commercial real estate broker in the Outaouais region. Known for his honest and transparent approach, he places great importance on building trusting relationships with his clients. His attentive listening skills allow him to fully understand each person’s specific needs and respond with tailored solutions. For Pascal, human connection is at the heart of every transaction.

Tonik Web Studio was entrusted with designing a complete website for Pascal Landry-Bourque, developed entirely from scratch. The goal was to clearly present his residential and commercial real estate services while standing out visually in a competitive market. The objective was to create a platform that is functional, visually appealing, and user-focused.

We designed an intuitive interface structured around the two main aspects of his services: buying and selling, residential and commercial. Well-placed calls to action and accessible contact forms make it easy to schedule an appointment. The content highlights Pascal’s areas of expertise, his professional values, and the benefits of working with him. Additionally, the site was optimized for search engines to increase visibility and generate qualified traffic.

The visual design of the site was crafted to reflect both Pascal’s professionalism and his affiliation with RE/MAX. The color palette is based on the brand’s signature red, white, and blue, ensuring visual consistency and reinforcing the broker’s credibility. A subtle addition of the initials “VL” in the background highlights his connection to Vyncent Ledoux’s team. Accents of beige and dark blue enrich the overall look, adding a touch of elegance and trust that sets the site apart while creating a warm and professional atmosphere.
