Centraide Outaouais is a philanthropic organization actively fighting poverty and social exclusion in the region. By mobilizing the community and supporting more than 50 partner organizations, it works concretely across three main areas: securing basic needs, supporting youth success, and breaking social isolation. Through a collaborative and solidarity-based approach, Centraide sustainably improves the living conditions of vulnerable people.
Centraide Outaouais wanted to make the impacts of its actions accessible to everyone through an interactive platform. Previously, a bus route allowed certain key citizens to visit partner organizations. Tonik Web Studio proposed an innovative idea: transforming this initiative into a digital experience. The goal was to make this virtual visit playful, educational, and above all accessible to a wider audience, anywhere and anytime.
Tonik Web Studio was tasked with designing an immersive platform. Each stop along the route highlights one of Centraide Outaouais’s areas of focus using text, visuals, and interactive elements. The experience aims to be human, informative, and mobilizing. This new approach allows for a better understanding of Centraide’s concrete impact and encourages visitor engagement.

The site takes the form of an interactive bus where each stop becomes a point of interest to explore. The interface is intuitive, user-friendly, and adapted to all devices. The design incorporates distinctive colors inspired by Centraide’s four areas of focus, creating a strong and meaningful visual coherence. This dynamic palette, combined with smooth and playful navigation, captures attention while reinforcing the identity of the mission.
